Michigan States Starts eAlerts

EAST LANSING, Mich.-Michigan State University FCU has introduced eAlerts, real-time notifications sent by e-mail or text message to members based on the recurring or one-time information they choose to receive regarding account-specific or general credit union information. The free eAlerts, developed in-house, allow members to have more control over their accounts, prevent fraud and benefit from the convenience of quickly receiving any information they need regarding their accounts. The credit union is also hosting a special Text to Win contest for its members to promote eAlerts. The winner receives an iPad Mini or one of eight iTunes gift cards.

KSCFCU Rockets To AXIS Data

ORLANDO, Fla.-Kennedy Space Center Federal Credit Union has selected AXIS Data Solutions to provide monthly statement processing for its more than 46,700 members. In addition, AXIS will work with KSCFCU to redesign the current monthly member statement to make it more user friendly and incorporate marketing messages.
