Ministering To Members' Needs

BREA, California-Evangelical Christian CU, which strives to be members' "ministry banking resource," has introduced an online banking system for the ministries it serves.

The new system includes greater security, the credit union said, as well as a built-in foreign exchange conversion calculator for overseas staff and missionaries. In addition to e-alerts, the new system also offers custom reports, such as cash flow analysis.

 

3WeShareACommonThread Debuts

LOWELL, Mass.-Jeanne D'Arc CU has introduced "WeShareACommonThread.org," a website that focuses on area communities, local history, updates on the arts scene and community events. The site's artwork was created by local artist Tarja Cockell, who works at Western Avenue Studios in Lowell. "The website allows us to exhibit our deep interest in local issues, activities and history," the credit union said. "It also provides detailed information and an avenue for people interested in becoming more involved with their communities.
