Tennessee Employees CU Implements SIGNiX Digital Signature Solution

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Employees CU has signed with SIGNiX to install the company’s digital signature solution so members can sign documents from any device with an Internet connection.

The credit union will use MyDoX, SIGNiX’s cloud-based digital signature product.

“When we made the change to closed-end lending, we knew we needed a way to get documents signed faster,” said Richard Beswick, operations manager at the $20-million credit union.

Recent legislation now requires that credit unions get member signatures for any changes to loan terms and Tennessee Employees wanted a way to comply with the legislation. SIGNiX said its electronic signatures meet this challenge by allowing the credit union’s members to sign documents online from the comfort of their homes and offices.
