RICHARDSON, Texas – Texans CU said yesterday it has purchased OBS Financial Services, a Whitehouse, Ohio-based investment advisor and turnkey asset manager that provides services for 52 financial institutions around the country.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In conjunction with the deal, Texans named John Henry, former vice president at CUNA Mutual Group’s Member Financial Services, as co-president, a title he will share with OBS co-founder Chris Campbell.
Texans manages over $2 billion in assets for 150,000 members.
