The Credit Union Journal Honors Best Practices

The Credit Union Journal is pleased to bring to our readers our inaugural Best Practices Issue.

Inside you will find 14 pages of coverage of some of the Best Practices within the credit union community, as identified by the suppliers to credit unions. This special report comes in response to consistent and ongoing feedback from Journal readers who have asked for pragmatic examples of how other credit unions are implementing various product and service strategies. In response, and in keeping with The Journal's editorial mission to assist credit union leaders in better serving their members, we present this Best Practices issue.

Inside you will find examples of how credit unions are implementing data-driven member analysis, new approaches to branching, moving members to electronic services, effectively applying MCIFs, overhauling their card programs, offering subprime lending to members, automating their loan processes, bill pay penetration, and much more.

In addition, Callahan & Associates has assembled a special look at the best-performing credit unions in its Return to Member rankings over the past five years.

As always, The Credit Union Journal invites your feedback and suggestions.
