SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Golden 1 CU has rolled out remote mobile deposits by cellphone for iPhone, BlackBerry and Android devices.
The new "Mobile Deposit" app lets members use their mobile devices to take photos of checks for deposit into a Golden 1 checking or savings account. The free app is available at Apple, BlackBerry and Android websites.
Golden 1 lets consumers use their smartphones to pay bills, check account balances, transfer funds or locate a nearby branch.
