SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Golden 1 CU donated more than $57,000 to the Children’s Miracle Network.

Golden 1 raised funds through several credit union-wide efforts. The most notable of which was the year-long sale of stickers that allowed Golden 1 staff to take advantage of casual dress. Stickers also were sold that allowed staff to wear the jersey of their favorite sports team on the Friday before the Super Bowl.
In addition, the credit union sold Valentine’s cookies, Entertainment discount coupon books, paper balloons and hosted a barbeque event.
