LA Financial Members' Questions Are Answered
LOS ANGELES, Calif.-The $292-million L.A. Financial Credit Union has selected Fuze MemberLink to provide answers for both members and staff about its products. Available from Fuze Digital Solutions, Bellvue, Wash., the product appears on the CU's website as "anytimeAnswers." "All told, it took only about eight hours to review and post half of the 300 available 'seed' items and all 300-plus personal finance knowledge pack items provided by Fuze." said LAFCU's Renee Mackanin.
