READING, Penn. CTCE FCU, a one-time Carpenter Technology Corp. employees’ credit union, said its CEO Glenn Potteiger, and chief financial officer Jerry Winchester, both retired June 30.
Cordy Kemmerer, chief operating officer for the $82-million credit union, was promoted to CEO.
Potteiger, who served 24 years as CEO, served on the board of directors for 10 years before being named CEO.
Winchester had 24 years of service with CTCE.
