Tyndall FCU Adds Browser-Autonomous TotaleAtlasWeb

PANAMA CITY, Fla. – Tyndall FCU has deployed a browser- and device-autonomous version of Integrated Media Management’s TotaleAtlasWeb, allowing members to sign electronic loan and deposit documents remotely via the Web across various desktop and mobile platforms, regardless of browser selection.

Tyndall FCU implemented IMM’s TotaleAtlasWeb approximately one year ago and said it wanted to extend TotaleAtlasWeb’s benefits to be supported by all the mobile devices commonly used today as part of its overall business strategy of providing self-service options to members.

“The marketplace in general has gravitated to mobile as the norm, and that has only increased with the widespread adoption of tablet devices,” said Todd Peeples, vice president of information technology at the $1-billion credit union. “With variances also in browser selection, it is our job to accommodate all those preferences while delivering efficient, convenient service options to members. Broadening the availability of TotaleAtlasWeb across different browsers and devices allows it to be more widely adopted and better serve our unique member base.”

“We embarked on a virtual delivery business strategy several years ago with the mission to provide members with as many self-service tools as possible so that no matter when, where or how they do business with us, it is in their hands and at their convenience. IMM’s browser- and device-autonomous TotaleAtlasWeb solution ties in with that strategy to give members added self-service capabilities,” said Peeples.
