COLLEGE PARK, Md. – A $33 million off-campus student housing development financed by area credit unions is scheduled for opening in January.
The project, known as The Enclave, formerly StarView Plaza, was financed by State Employees CU of Maryland and other credit union members of the CUBC, LLC, the member business lending CUSO.
The project includes 171 residences providing housing for 669 undergraduates, 9,500 square feet of retail space, 351 parking spaces and a 10,000 square foot green roof.
