ST. JOSEPH, Mich. — United FCU is removing daily stress from employee's lives, giving them access to new concierge services.
The assistance includes errand running, event planning, information research — just about any item on an employee's to-do list, says the CU. The services are provided by Cincinnati-based Best Upon Request.
The $1.6 billion UFCU made the move to show how valued employees are to the organization. CEO Gary Easterling said the service reduces stress by helping employees balance the demands of their personal and professional lives.
"Our team has excelled in many ways, continuing to drive value to our members," said Easterling. "This was noted in their receipt of the NAFCU Federal Credit Union of the Year 2013 award, as well as receipt of the Michigan Credit Union League's 2013 Outstanding Credit Union of the Year award. I wanted to find a tangible way to say "thank you."
