HELENA, Mont. UniPro Systems, the data processor for area credit unions, said it has agreed to merge with CUSource.

The merger was prompted when Rocky Mountain CU, one of three owners of UniPro, decided to sell its interest in the service.
UniPro processes draft shares, prints off items like statements and provides computer network security and has 20 employees.
CUSource, which is owned by 10 credit unions, provides data processing and mortgage loan-processing services for 27 Montana credit unions.
