U.S. New Mexico FCU Moving To XP Systems

XP Systems said that Albuquerque, N.M.-based U.S. New Mexico FCU has chosen it to provide its new core data processing system. The $415-million USNMFCU conducted a year-long search before selecting XP2 over competing systems. The credit union's CEO, Steve Marcum, said it chose XP2 for its open, relational IBM database and built-in member relationship and cross-selling features. Marcum added that the credit union will use momentum from the XP2 conversion to re-engineer processes across all departments to achieve a more paperless, automated environment.
