USERS Hosts More Than 500 At EdCon

USERS, Inc. hosted more than 500 attendees at its EdCon 2005, the company's 22nd annual educational conference, at the JW Marriott here. The focus of the meeting, entitled "Leadership Through Collaboration," was on best practices, networking with their peers and learning about the technologies that can help them succeed.

"It takes strong partnerships to succeed in today's competitive business environment," said USERS' President John Schooler. "Collaborating as true business partners enables USERS and our credit union clients to achieve our goals and take a leadership position in our respective markets. The ability to work together to leverage technology as a competitive advantage and to have a welcome voice in product direction is one of the most compelling reasons CUs choose and remain with USERS."

Keynoting the meeting were Robert Stevenson, who advised attendees on how to boost their business and personal performance, and CNN and CNBC guest Jeff Thredgold, who shared his views on the future. The meeting also featured 24 different educational sessions and an Exhibits & Product Fair. USERS' next client conference is the 2006 User Group Meeting, to be held April 24-26, 2006 in Austin, Texas.
