SAN DIMAS, Calif. - (03/09/05) -- WesCorp FCU said it signed withVignette Corp. to implement the company's V7 content management andApplication Portal to power its employee intranet. The corporatecredit union giants said it needed a system that would providesupport for its growing Web content management, business workspaces, collaboration and knowledge management initiatives. Thesystem allows individual business groups within an organization,like human resources, marketing or investment services, to updatecontent, while a common look or feel is maintained across theorganization. WesCorp currently has more than 36 portlets andexpects to add 50 more by the end of the year. Vignette is based inAustin, Texas.
