KIMBERLY, Wis. – Capital CU has acquired a two-story building here where the $390 million credit union plans to relocate its main offices.
The new headquarters will only house administrative staff and will not provide financial services. The soon to be former Capital headquarters in Kimberly will remain a full-service banking branch.
The Cleveland-based bank is projecting steady growth in net interest income even as credit losses remain manageable. But Chairman and CEO Chris Gorman also said that he thinks a recession is likely.
