WOW! Teachers CU Wins CUNA Award

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Teachers CU won first place in e-learning and 2nd place in CUNA's WOW Award, presented to the credit union with the best overall training curriculum or event. TCU's core provider, Focus XP, decided to convert current operating system to XP2.

With only one year to test and plan for the conversion, TCU created teams to prepare employees. More than 50 e-Learning courses, tests and practice exercises were developed and completed by the 650 employees in less than three months. Utilizing e-Learning allowed all employees of TCU to be trained on the specific functions they perform every day and allowed TCU to customize training by role.
