I sat on a school board for 14 years and I know management has the right to accept or reject union's offers. I doubt the NCUA employees involved would have appreciated this information hitting this news outlet stating they were demanding an 8% increase when the credit unions are giving 0% so we can replenish the NCUA insurance fund.
