Wells Fargo's Mary Mack is our No. 1 Woman to Watch for the second consecutive year, as her responsibilities increased substantially over the past 12 months.
Already head of Wells Fargo's largest business unit — its community bank — Mack late last year was tapped to lead consumer lending as well. This puts her directly in charge of the nation's largest mortgage lender and small-business lender and third-largest auto lender.
