Fites of Caterpillar Inc., Richard A. Manoogian of Masco Corp., William T. McCormick Jr. of CMS Energy Corp., and Patrick G. Ryan of Aon Corp. Leaving the First Chicago board will be three retired corporate chairmen - Richard M. Morrow of Amoco Corp., Jerry K. Pearlman of Zenith Electronics, and Jack F. Reichert of Brunswick Corp. - and Roger W. Stone, chairman, president, and chief executive of Stone Container Corp. Ormand J. Wade, former chairman of Ameritech, will retire from the NBD Bancorp and NBD Bank boards.
