Perot Systems Corp., Dallas, will provide the core banking system for two banks: the $82 million-asset First National Bank of Tucumcari, in New Mexico, and $220 million-asset North Side Bank and Trust Co., Cincinnati.
Both banks will use Pro-BanX, an open system with client-server architecture. The system processes deposits, loans, and customer information files. It has a relational data base that operates on Unix.
North Side will eliminate the need for microfiche by using an optical disk storage system.
