America's Greenest Banks

Last year, with some stiff competition, Citi took the honors as America's Greenest big bank, and Johnson Financial Group and Third Federal took the honors in the mid-tier and community bank category. Will your bank make the 2011 list?

Sustainability and solid energy policy have never been more important for banks, resulting in some of the most innovative new strategies in financial services IT. Now in it's second year, BTN's ranking of "America's Greenest Banks" will highlight the standouts in this sector, leveraging bank-provided information and our own reporting to select the top community, mid-tier and money-center banks—and provide an inside look at their green initiatives in the magazine’s April issue.

We’re looking to bring deserved recognition to banks that have implemented distinctive strategies with discernable fiscal and environmental impact, and present role models and best-practices examples for the rest of the industry.

Nominations are due Feb. 22, 2011. Questions can be directed to Editor in Chief Rebecca Sausner at rebecca.sausner@sourcemedia.com.
