Centerbank of Waterbury, Conn., recently replaced its intervoice bill payment system with a telephone banking system from Arkansas Systems Inc. The system's bill payment module enables Centerbank to offer voice features including account transfers and supply ordering. Reports can be provided by either vendor or customer to show bill payment activity by a selected date range. Customers can also rank bills in the order they should be paid.
The bank uses an IBM AS/400 midrange system that runs off-the-shelf software.
