BALTIMORE -- Baltimore Bancorp said it had eliminated 32 jobs in a restructuring expected to save about $1 million annually beginning next year.

Treasurer David Spilman said a dozen assistant vice presidents, vice presidents, and senior vice presidents were terminated Sept. 221, along with the president of the company's Atlantic Independent Insurance Agency and various support people.
