Jack Henry & Associates Inc. said Tuesday that the Business Bank of Texas N.A. in Austin, Texas, was using its small business online bill payment suite, iPay Biz 2.0.
The iPay Biz software offers a range of electronic services including accounts payable and receivables, electronic invoicing and ACH compatibility for automatic debits. The product allows customers to manage multiple accounts and set multi-user entitlements that designate customizable access, payment thresholds and PIN changes.
It also features recurring payment options, person-to-person payments, business-to-business payments and the ability to send payroll deposits to multiple accounts. iPay offers a full-service call center and a team focused on end-user adoption to work with clients on maximizing online bill pay usage.
The four-year-old Business Bank focuses only on business banking and offers a virtual branch with 24-hour service. Jack Henry provides technology and payment processing services primarily to financial services organizations.
