C&F Financial Corp. of West Point, Va., plans to use software from Goldleaf Financial Solutions Inc. of Atlanta to offer a remote capture service.

Goldleaf said last week that C&F plans to offer the service, C&F Remote Deposit, through a new division, C&F Treasury Solutions, that will focus on cash management products and services.
The new service also will use Goldleaf's check conversion software to turn eligible checks into automated clearing house transactions.
C&F Financial already uses other Goldleaf products, including Marketing Manager, which C&F Bank is using to promote the remote capture service.
