Schools Financial Credit Union of Sacramento is planning to use technology from MagTek Inc. at its teller windows to issue new and replacement PINs to members.

The Carson, Calif., vendor said Monday that the IntelliCAT system, which includes software, PIN pads, and coding devices, also allows tellers to verify PINs to authorize transactions.
Eric Lindstron, Schools Financial's vice president of information services, said in a MagTek press release that the technology "allows us to extend a new dimension of convenience and security to the member experience."
