Camden National Corp. in Maine has formed an executive management team.
The five-officer team reports to Gregory Dufour, the $2.3 billion-asset company's president and chief executive.
Dufour said in a press release Tuesday that the team's creation reflects "our strategy to focus our leadership resources on long-term growth."
The management team consists of Joanne Campbell, who oversees risk management; Peter Greene, who runs operations and technology; Deborah Jordan, the chief financial officer; Timothy Nightingale, the senior lending officer; and June Parent, who handles retail banking.
