Visa International said it has appointed three senior vice presidents in its international marketing group.
Caroline McNally was given responsibility for brand marketing, Tom Shepard for partner marketing and sponsorship management, and Louise Tingstrom for corporate relations.
Ms. McNally joined Visa in 1990 and worked in member relations, international marketing communications, and as vice president of global brand marketing. She previously worked at MasterCard and American Express.
Mr. Shepard came from the sports marketing agency Millsport, and Ms. Tingstrom came from a public relations business in Paris.
Also, Harvey Bondar, a veteran market researcher who was already a senior vice president, is heading a new strategic marketing group.
The appointments resulted from a reorganization aimed at "greater focus on strategic marketing issues," said Jan Soderstrom, executive vice president of international marketing. It is also designed to ease communications between Visa headquarters and the six international regions, she said.
