Centerline Holding Co., a multifamily finance company, said Thursday that it had hired John K. Larson for the newly created post of managing director for agency lending products, a business it is expanding.
He runs the day-to-day operations of the business and reports to the senior managing director of agency lending products, William Hyman, the New York company said.
Mr. Hyman said in a press release that Centerline "decided it was necessary to bring in a seasoned agency professional such as John to oversee operations so I could focus on new business development and overall strategy."
Mr. Larson has nearly 20 years of experience in agency lending during which he was a chief credit officer at HarborPoint Capital, a managing director at Column Guaranteed LLC, and principal at Lend Lease Mortgage Capital. Earlier, he was a senior investment officer in the Atlanta office of Fannie Mae's multifamily division.
