Bank of America's (BAC) vice chairman and a former chief financial officer will retire next month.
Charles H. Noski notified Bank of America on Monday that he would step down effective Sept. 1, the Charlotte company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Friday.
Noski, a former finance chief at AT&T (NYSE:T) and Northrop Grumman (NOC), joined Bank of America in May 2010 but
Bruce Thompson then became CFO.
