Chinese Bank Plans $732M Offering

Bank of Nanjing Co., a small Chinese lender in which BNP Paribas SA owns a 12.6% stake, said it plans to raise up to $732 million via a rights issue to support its capital adequacy ratio and a rapid business expansion over the next few years.

Bank of Nanjing said it plans to issue 2.5 new shares for every 10 shares held by investors.
