Cincinnati FHLB Reelects Wick as Chairman, Caudill as Vice Chair

The board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati has reelected Carl F. Wick, a former NCR (NCR) executive, as its chairman.

B. Proctor Caudill Jr. was also reelected as vice chairman, the bank said Wednesday. Their new terms begin Jan. 1.

Wick is the owner of Wick and Associates Business Consulting and a retired executive of NCR. Early on he was responsible for NCR computer system installation and user training for banks, thrifts and credit unions. He also managed the NCR Financial Systems Support and Training centers in Chicago and Dallas and later served as a director in NCR's research and development division.

Wick joined the bank's board in 2003 and has been chairman since 2007. Board terms run four years, and officer terms are for two years. His current board term runs through 2014.

He previously served as the board's vice chairman. This year he also was elected as chairman of the Council of Federal Home Loan Banks in Washington.

Caudill is a director of Kentucky Bank in Paris, Ky., and is a former chairman and chief executive of Peoples Bank in Morehead and Sandy Hook, Ky. He also is a past president of the Kentucky Bankers Association.

Caudill joined the bank's board in 2004 and became vice chairman in 2009. He is on the board's personnel committee and is a representative to the Council of Federal Home Loan Banks.
