Citi, Countrywide Execs Join Titanium

Titanium Solutions Inc., a Salt Lake City company that contacts troubled homeowners on behalf of lenders and servicers, has hired three customer relations managers, including one from Citigroup Inc. and one from Countrywide Financial Corp.

Alice Radgowski was the vice president of home retention at Citi Residential Lending Inc., which Citigroup bought last year from the Orange, Calif., subprime mortgage lender ACC Capital Holdings. (Citi Residential is being combined with CitiMortgage, of O'Fallon, Mo.)

Earlier she had been a vice president of loss mitigation at Countrywide.

Eric Fleisher was the vice president of loss mitigation and home retention at Countrywide, where he supervised 150 people. (Bank of America Corp., of Charlotte, is expected to complete its acquisition of Countrywide this month.)

Earlier Mr. Fleisher had worked as a loan counselor at ARCS Mortgage, a Calabasas, Calif., commercial real estate and multifamily lender now part of PNC Financial Services Group Inc. of Pittsbugh.

The third hire, Robert Thomson, was a senior land acquisition specialist for Richmond American Homes, a Denver unit of Mizel Development Corp.

Earlier he had worked as a property manager for Triton Investments of Salt Lake City; he began his career working for Wells Fargo & Co. in Idaho Falls.

Todd Sibley, Titanium's president and chief executive officer, said Tuesday in a press release that his company is "experiencing a tremendous growth period, which we are meeting with the addition of skilled and qualified associates."
