A Jan. 15 story, "250,000 Customers Crowd NationsBank's PC Banking System," may have overstated the frequency with which customers of NationsBank Corp.'s PC home banking are unable to dial in because of system strains. The article said this happens "often" in the evening. In fact, a spokesman said, the portion of evening callers able to hook up on the first call is only "somewhat" lower than the daily average of 95%. The company is still looking to upgrade the system's capacity, however.
