First National Bankers Bankshares Inc. in Baton Rouge, La., said late Friday that it consolidated its four banks along the Gulf Coast.

The company on Thursday combined its Arkansas Bankers' Bank, First National Bankers Bank in Alabama, First National Bankers Bank in Louisiana and Mississippi National Bankers' Bank into First National Bankers Bank in Baton Rouge.

Joseph F. Quinlan Jr. will remain the chairman of the $844 million-asset FNBB and the surviving bank. Joseph F. Quinlan 3rd will be the bank's president and chief executive.
