Compuware Services Inc., Needhan, Mass., has named William A. Seidman chief financial officer.
He was formerly chief financial officer, treasurer, and a director of New England Federal Savings Bank in Wellesley, Mass. Compuware is a system integration firm specializing in the design and implementation of PC-based networks.
Founded to serve the banking industry, the company has expanded to law firms, publishing, and other information-driven industries.
