Core Provider CSI Restructures, Rebrands Recently Acquired Companies

Computer Services, Inc., a 47-year-old provider of core processing software to community banks, has undergone a restructuring in which it's folded four recently acquired companies into the CSI brand.

Over the past eight years, the Paducah, Ky.-based company has acquired six companies, including managed services provider Heit and compliance software maker Attus Technologies. Bringing all these companies together gives CSI a broader product and services set that includes core processing, managed services, mobile and internet software, payments processing, print and electronic distribution and regulatory compliance.

Bank customers of CSI's various offerings include Gothenburg State Bank, T Bank, Marine Bank, Royal Bank of Missouri and Paducah Bank.
