An April 27 article, "Glendale Federal, on Heels of Merger Pact, Setting Up a CRA Program for Businesses," (page 8) incorrectly identified the transaction that prompted an Office of Thrift Supervision requirement that Golden State Bancorp, Glendale Federal's parent, provide more counseling to low-income and minority business owners. The deal that led to this requirement was Golden State's acquisition of Cenfed Financial Corp.
