An April 1 news brief on page 11 overstated the assets under management at Dresdner RCM Global Funds. The company manages roughly $2 billion of assets.
Tables on page 5 Tuesday understated, by a factor of 100, three banking companies' reserves in this year's first quarter and a year earlier.
Decimal points mistakenly inserted in the figures were to blame. For example, BankAmerica Corp.'s reserve in the latest quarter equaled 251% of nonperforming loans, not 2.51%.
The figures for Bank of New York Co. and Mercantile Bancorp of St. Louis were similarly understated. Those of Citigroup Inc., however, were correct.
