A Dec. 5 article, "KeyCorp Chairman Treats 'Bank' Like a Dirty Word" (page 18), overstated the traffic at the company's World Wide Web site. The site, launched this fall, had about one million visits; the 3.5 million figure in the article was the bank's monthly call center volume.
