A May 25 article on page 12 mischaracterized the relationship between Andersen Consulting and Biztro Inc., which develops small-business software. Biztro designated Andersen its preferred provider of technology consulting services for small-business clients, not the other way around.

In the same issue the page 1 article "Card Wars in Spotlight at Senate Hearing" incorrectly described Jeb Hensarling's relationship with Visa. He has worked for the card association as a consultant but is not a registered lobbyist for it.

Because of an editing error, a page 3 article Monday, "PNC Closes Deal as It Unveils Another to Up Fee Business," erred in saying that U.B. Vehicle Leasing has $1.2 billion of assets. That is the asset size of U.B.'s parent, BTM Capital Corp., which is a subsidiary of Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Ltd.
