A Nov. 9 article incorrectly attributed to a Barnett Banks spokesman the information that retail banking chief Thomas P. Johnson Jr. was dismissed. While other sources confirmed the information, the spokesman, Robert Sticler, did not comment on the reasons for Mr. Johnson's departure.

The wrong photograph appeared Tuesday with an article about an OCC report on securitization of small business loans. The photograph identified that of as Furash & Co.'s Cynthia Glassman, who was quoted in the article, was in fact of Diane B. Glossman, a Salomon Brothers banking analyst.
