Crescent Financial Corp. has agreed to convert its core processing system to one hosted by Metavante Technologies Inc., the Milwaukee vendor announced Monday.
The $956 million-asset banking company in Cary, N.C., also signed up for a suite of Metavante services, including consumer and business online banking, electronic funds transfer, customer relationship management, image services, and wealth management.
Crescent, founded in 1998, operates 13 full-service Crescent State Bank branches in North Carolina. Metavante said the banking company has been a client for its regulatory services since 2005.
