Computer Service Professionals, Inc. has integrated its online banking software with Allied Payment Network's bill payment software.
The companies said Monday the combination enables online banking and bill payment directly from CSPI's Aurora platform and eliminates the need for separate systems.
The bill payment system includes tools to help banks and credit unions gather information about transactions the institutions can use to market products, as well as the ability to streamline bill payments, improve customers' experience and control costs.
Financial institutions can match the look and feel of the product to their online and mobile banking user interfaces, and earn additional revenue by offering customers the ability to expedite payments, according to the companies.
"By integrating Allied's proven bill payment solutions into our latest e-banking platform, our financial institution clients benefit from a broad array of on-demand services tailored to their customers' needs," Brad Epple, CSPI's chief executive, said in a news release.
