Dauphin Deposit Corp Names Executives

MIDDLE ATLANTIC

Dauphin Deposit Corp., Harrisburg, Pa., has hired Robert J. Unruh as executive vice president and manager of the newly created municipal services group.

Mr. Unruh oversees the delivery of financial services to county governments, districts, and agencies.

Before joining Dauphin, he was chairman and chief executive of Meridian Securities, the securities and investment banking unit of Meridian Bancorp. Meridian merged with Philadelphia-based CoreStates Financial Corp. in 1995.

United States Trust Company of New York has promoted five to managing director.

*Loraine B. Tsavaris, who joined the bank in 1970, oversees the client services division in family wealth management, trust, and foundation areas in the private banking group.

*Richard E. Foley, who joined U.S. Trust in 1992, heads the personal sales division.

*Kevin T. O'Brien, hired in 1984, manages the corporate trust and agency division.

*David F. Quinn, who joined the bank in 1979, heads the treasury division.

*Patricia W. McGuire, an employee since 1979, heads human resources at the bank.
