Guaranty Bancorp of Denver has agreed with the Federal Reserve to submit a plan on strengthening oversight.
The central bank said Thursday that the company had reached agreement with it. Guaranty's subsidiary is Guaranty Bank and Trust Co.
Under the agreement, the bank will submit a plan to strengthen its directors' oversight of operations.
