Eldorado Bancshares Names Executive

Eldorado Bancshares of Laguna Hills, Calif., has hired Hank McCaffrey as executive vice president and chief credit officer of its Eldorado Bank.

He succeeded William J. Lewis, who has left the $1 billion-asset company.

Mr. McCaffrey was a senior vice president at Union Bank of California, which is mostly owned by Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Ltd. He managed the underwriting group for commercial banking units in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange County. He has 20 years of commercial lending experience.
