MIDWEST

Ameriana Bank in New Castle, Ind., has hired Michael L. Wenstrup as its chief credit officer.

Wenstrup was a director, executive vice president and chief credit officer at Parkway Bank and Trust Co., where he worked for 10 years. Before that he worked for LaSalle Bank.

Ameriana has $439 million of assets.


SOUTHEAST

Bank of Florida-Southwest in Naples has promoted Michael Giusto to vice president.

Giusto will remain manager of the $687 million-asset bank's Vanderbilt Beach Road branch, which he has headed since December 2007. He was appointed an assistant vice president last year and joined Bank of Florida in 2006.


Citizens South Bank in Gastonia, N.C., has hired Kenneth A. Icenhour as executive vice president and chief risk officer.

Icenhour was a senior vice president and credit risk manager at SunTrust Bank.

Citizens South has $1.1 billion of assets.


BankUnited of Miami Lakes, Fla., has hired Greg White as a vice president and private banker.

White was an agent for Aflac in Miami.

Before that he was the southeastern regional sales manager for Thornburg Mortgage.

He will be based in the Brickell branch of the $11.1 billion-asset BankUnited.


WEST

Home Federal Bancorp Inc. in Nampa, Idaho, has hired R. Shawn Correa as executive vice president and president of its Oregon market. Correa had been executive vice president and chief banking officer of Columbia River Bank since 2004. Before that he worked for U.S. Bank.
